One common mistake

The very common mistake of a web content writer and business bloggers is, they pay more attention to keywords. Perhaps keywords are your prime targets and as a matter of fact, they’re the sole purpose why you develop content; but, the role of a search engine ceases once it’s indexed and ranked your site.

So, the one who is gonna read your content is a real human being whose heart is full of emotions and their heads are probably clouded with queries and problems.

Thus, you’ll have to meticulously structure your content in such a way that your content fulfills both their purpose and slowly quenches their thirsty minds as they keep scrolling your post.

Where exactly does the keyword go?

Every blogpost is unique, every content you post on your site is unique but, what as a content writer, you forget is that you’ve got the same keywords as those who are working on the same niche in the next street from yours.

So, how to structure an SEO optimized content that can stand out of the crowd? Well, remember one rule. Always include your keywords just after solutions.

Solutions? What am I trying to say? Well, almost all the blog posts and articles out on the internet addresses an issue or perhaps, fixes a problem.

If you sit and analyze for a couple of hours, you’ll understand how well the content is arranged and how skillfully the content writers have included their keywords.

Now, how to structure the content and how to push the keywords into the content easily?

The thing you miss while brainstorming

Well, both budding and seasoned writers never skip this part as the “brainstorming phase” plays a crucial role in drafting the content. Even so, curating is an exciting task, you should never collect data randomly.

An SEO content writer should always have an eye for detail. All your jotted notes must be relevant to your topic. This way you can find multiple strategies to embrace a good deal of keywords into your content.

Another factor to consider while drafting an SEO optimized content or let’s say any standard content is introductory paras.

The phrases you assemble in the initial paras will decide whether your readers will get to the end part of your content or not. Henceforth, try to stuff your introductory sections with “what benefit will a reader get upon finishing reading your content.”

Also, make sure to include a rich set of keywords in-betweens, so search engines can crawl them and index your site.

Right after starters

Now that you’ve revealed what you’re gonna give them in the starters space, start educating your reader. Content writing is all about identifying, educating, and resolving.

As much as you educate your reader, you’ll have to keep an eye on keywords. Always revolve around keywords but, never be irrational in what you’re penning down.

To put it in another way, your keywords must never affect the flow of your content. Once you finish listing them, quickly move on to the solution part, or let’s say the motive of your content, for readers don’t wish to dwell on the problems for a longer period.

The first thing to remember is that your content in this part must be structured in sub-divisions. H2, H3, H4 tags to your sub-heading will enhance your SEO score.

Sections and sub-sections will ensure your readers that they’re gaining a clear picture (wondering where my sub-sections are? Well, I intentionally drafted this content with no sub-sections).

Before you conclude

Before you hop into the closure part, make sure to give your readers a sense of satisfaction. If you’ve decided to persuade them at the end of your content, then my friend, you must write the mid part of your content like a pro.

Why? Well, none can satisfy or market an idea at the end of a blog post or web content for it kinda makes it obvious for the readers.

Trust me, it’s totally lame and pointless to persuade your readers when you’re departing.

So always, ensure your closure points are decent enough and have a minimal call to action phrases.

Besides all these, line spacing and fonts matter a lot! No matter if you’re writing 500 words or 1000+ words content, the way you structure your content can drag a reader to the end!

So, precisely position your adjectives, ‘cause readers don’t land on your pages to read some random fancy content but for a “worth spending time.”
